REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Special Conditions for Scented Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, scented candles, diffusers, and essential oils can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@scentglow.lt with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened scented candles, diffusers, or essential oils (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, purchase a new item separately.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without giving any explanation. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. 

If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
