MÍMIR was the guardian of the well of wisdom in Norse mythology — a being of such profound knowledge that even Odin, the Allfather, traveled to the land of giants to drink from it. Odin sacrificed his eye at MÍmir’s well in exchange for a single drink of its waters. The Ingredients

Mint
