KVASIR — The Wisest of All Beings

In Norse mythology, KVASIR was created at the end of the war between the Æsir and Vænir gods — born from the saliva of all the gods combined as a symbol of peace and shared wisdom. He was so wise that he could answer any question ever asked. When he was murdered by dwarves, his blood was mixed with honey and fermented into the Mead of Poetry — the sacred drink that gave poets, scholars, and seers their gift.
