The Myth of EIR

EIR was Frigga’s most trusted companion — the healer called upon when recovery seemed uncertain. She carried medicinal herbs and the knowledge of how to use them. Her name means “help” or “mercy.” When the gods needed healing, they called on EIR. This blend draws on that mythology and on the well-documented properties of four plants used in healing traditions for thousands of years.

The Ingredients

Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus)
The cornerstone of respiratory aromatherapy. Anti-inflammatory, immune-stimulating, and air-purifying. Used across cultures in inhalation, chest rubs, and room diffusion. Ancient folk medicine holds that eucalyptus destroys pathogenic microorganisms and strengthens the body’s natural defenses. When you feel something coming on, reach for eucalyptus first.

Lemon (Citrus limonum)

How to Use

Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser and run it for 30–60 minutes. Use when you feel a cold coming, when you are actively ill, or when you want to prepare your home’s air for winter months.
